The Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) are the current codified laws of the State of Nevada. The NRS is a compilation of all legislation passed by the Nevada Legislature. Lewis and Roca attorney Ken D’Alessandro drafted the language of several sections of the NRS dealing with trademarks, trade secrets and ownership of patents. This language was then accepted into the drafted bill, the bill was passed by the legislature, and signed by the Governor of the State of Nevada.
