In October 2008, Lewis and Roca obtained Certificates of Environmental Compatibility from The Arizona Power Plant and Transmission Line Siting Committee and the Arizona Corporation Commission on behalf of Arizona Solar One LLC, authorizing the construction of The Solana Generating Facility. Solana, if built today would be the world's largest solar energy facility.
