About Ann-Martha Andrews

Ms. Andrews is a partner and a trial lawyer in the firm’s Insurance Group. Her practice is in first-party insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, primarily in the areas of life, health, and disability insurance. She has represented many of the major insurers in this field. Her practice routinely includes a variety of ERISA and non-ERISA matters, including institutional “pattern and practice” bad faith cases. Ms. Andrews practices extensively in both Arizona and Nevada.

In addition to her first-party insurance practice, Ms. Andrews has extensive experience in third-party tort litigation. Her experience in the area of premises liability includes defense of the hospitality industry against claims for physical and psychological injuries resulting from violent crime. Ms. Andrews also has experience in a variety of products liability litigation.
