About Linda McNulty
Ms. McNulty, a partner with the firm’s Real Estate and Finance groups, focuses on commercial real estate and a broad range of related business areas. She is a leading practitioner in commercial leasing transactions including ground-up development, redevelopment and leasing of regional, anchor-powered and mixed-use shopping centers and build-to-suit office facilities. Her extensive real estate experience also includes commercial real estate purchases and sales, financing, title issues and general business matters. She represents sellers, buyers, developers, investors, landlords, tenants, borrowers, and lenders.
She began her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard M. Bilby, and was the federal district court staff attorney for the American Continental Corporation/Lincoln Savings, Charles M. Keating Multi-District Litigation from 1988 through 1992, where she administered one of the largest collections of multi-district civil litigation in U.S. history arising out of the failure of Lincoln Savings and Loan and the sale of the assets of American Continental Corporation. She served as Special Assistant at the Arizona Department of Water Resources, authoring portions of the first Groundwater Management Plan for the Tucson Active Management Area, and as the Water and Natural Resources staff for Congressman James F. McNulty, Jr., where her responsibilities included the Central Arizona Project, groundwater management, and the Arizona Wilderness Act of 1984. Prior to joining Lewis and Roca, Ms. McNulty was a partner with the law firm of Mendelsohn, Oseran & Eisner, P.C.
In February 2011, Ms. McNulty was appointed to the five-member Arizona Independent Restricting Commission, which is responsible for establishing Arizona’s Congressional and legislative districts for the next decade.
She was elected and served as the 2012 President of Tucson CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), a professional association dedicated to the advancement of women in the field of commercial real estate.
Ms. McNulty also serves as Chair of the Board of the Pima County Sports and Tourism Authority, whose mission is to promote economic development and tourism by expanding opportunities for professional and amateur sports in Pima County.
