About Kade Miller
Mr. Miller is an associate in the firm’s Gaming practice group. His practice includes commercial gaming and other general gaming matters.
While pursuing a joint degree in law and accounting, Mr. Miller’s course work focused on a wide range of tax-related issues. His taxation experience includes international transactions, federal and state matters involving various business entities, and estate and gift taxation.
Prior to joining Lewis and Roca he clerked for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Salt Lake City, Utah.
