About Jennifer Hostetler
Ms. Hostetler is an associate in the firm's Litigation Practice Group, focusing on commercial litigation and employment law. Ms. Hostetler's commercial litigation practice consists of assisting clients in a broad range of matters including commercial contract and tort disputes. Her labor and employment practice focuses on the defense of employers in state and federal court and before administrative agencies for claims brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Americans with Disabilities Act, and state and federal wage and hour laws.
Ms. Hostetler was a member of the Nevada Law Journal while in law school. She was also an extern with both Judge Kent J. Dawson of the United States District Court, District of Nevada and the Juvenile Division of the Clark County District Attorney's Office.
