About Scott Bennett
Mr. Bennett is a associate in the firm’s litigation section. Clients rely on Mr. Bennett because of his significant experience in both trial and appellate courts. He has tried several cases before Arizona juries, and has presented oral arguments before the Arizona Supreme Court and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Bennett represents clients in a wide variety of cases. He has substantial experience defending major insurance companies against claims of bad faith and punitive damages, and also in cases under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). Mr. Bennett also represents clients in commercial disputes, product liability cases, and employment-related matters.
