Lewis and Roca is seeking an attorney for it's Phoenix, Arizona office with a minimum of four to six years' experience in corporate transactional, securities and mergers and acquisitions, with emphasis on private securities offerings. A knowledge of finance, and accounting and SOX guidelines would be very helpful, but not necessarily a requirement.

Lewis and Roca seeks an associate with a minimum of 4 years' Labor and Employment experience. The ideal candidate should have knowledge and experience in counseling employers on employment issues including termination and discipline, FLSA, FMLA, as well as policies and procedures and other preventative strategies for avoiding liability exposure; employment litigation experience with federal and state employment laws such as Title VII, ADA and FMLA; excellent academic credentials, strong writing, analytical and problem-solving skills. Our clients require a full range of services in the area of employment relations, creative and thorough representation in defending all types of employment-related cases, and constructive advice to prevent and resolve employee problems. The qualified candidate will work in a team-oriented environment, participate in a broad range of sophisticated matters, and have significant client involvement. Real Estate Attorney Las Vegas - Hughes Pkwy Lewis and Roca's Las Vegas office is seeking a highly motivated senior-level real estate attorney, with approximately 4+ years' experience in the transactional commercial real estate area, preferably including experience in purchase and sale transactions, land development, real estate financing, associated real estate due diligence, and commercial leasing.
