Allen is a member of Lewis and Roca’s intellectual property and technology practice group, and has experience litigating in a variety of intellectual property issues including trademark, copyright, trade secret, patent infringement, unfair competition, rights of publicity and Internet technology cases in both federal and state courts. He is currently serving as the first chair of the Nevada State Bar’s Intellectual Property Section which he helped found in 2004, and also serves on the Civil Rules Subcommittee of the Standing Committee on the Local Rules of Practice for the District of Nevada. Allen received his J.D. from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL.
