A recent survey conducted by Trademark Insider ranked attorney Jennifer Craft among the top 12 attorneys in terms of trademark filings in the United States in 2007. She has ranked 1st in Nevada and last year nationally ranked in the top 25. In the 4th Quarter of 2007, she was not only 1st in Nevada but also 1st in the country. Additionally, Lewis and Roca was listed in the top 40 firms in the United States in terms of trademark filings in 2007.
Trademark Insider is a quarterly publication that tracks the U.S. Trademark Industry and its leading law firms, companies and practitioners. The Trademark Insider Awards are determined by the number of United States trademark applications submitted, in which the attorney/firm was listed as the legal representative.
Craft is of counsel in the firm's Intellectual Property and Sports and Entertainment practice groups. She practices primarily in the areas of domestic and international trademark and copyright prosecution, licensing and enforcement. Craft consults with clients in identifying various protectable aspects of the clients' products, services and concepts, and in developing and managing their intellectual property portfolios. Craft received her J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Arizona and her B.A. in English Literature from the University of California, Irvine.
