Jeffrey Albright is Chair-Elect of the State Bar of New Mexico’s Intellectual Property Section. He will take over as Chair of the State Bar of New Mexico’s Intellectual Property Section on January 1, 2012, and his term will run through the end of 2013. The State Bar counts more than 8,624 members, and provides programs, benefits and services that promote legal education and competency.
Albright is a partner with the firm’s Intellectual Property, Land Use and Zoning, Telecommunications and Utilities, and Environmental and Natural Resources practice groups. His Intellectual Property practice emphasizes trademark registrations and trademark infringement litigation, including practice before the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board, copyrights, trade secrets, work for hire, and IP licensing and assignments. In January 2008, Albright was selected as the initial chair of the Intellectual Property Section of the New Mexico State Bar.
