Lewis and Roca is pleased to announce that four associates have joined the firm. These attorneys include: Alan Christenson (Phoenix), Georgia Hamann (Phoenix), Nick Jensen (Tuscon), and Jason Porter (Phoenix).
Christenson is an associate in the firm’s Trusts and Estates practice group. He has experience in preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. His practice focuses on helping clients incorporate unique objectives and valuable tax-planning strategies into their estate plans. Christenson received his J.D., cum laude, from the Brigham Young University, J. Reuben Clark Law School in 2009 and his B.S., in Management Finance, from Brigham Young University in 2004.
Hamann is an associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation practice group. She has experience researching and drafting memoranda for general litigation matters as well as litigation involving specific questions of law arising from employment, antitrust, cybersecurity and landlord-tenant relations. Hamann received her J.D. from the Vanderbilt University Law School in 2009 and her B.S., magna cum laude, from Liberty University in 2006.
Jensen is an associate in the firm's Corporate and Securities practice group. He practices in the areas of taxation, mergers and acquisitions, business and real estate joint ventures, equity and debt financings, securities, commercial transactions, and real estate acquisition and finance. Jensen received his LL.M., in Taxation, from the New York University School of Law, in 2010, his J.D., from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law in 2009, and his B.S., in Accountancy, at Arizona State University in 2002.
Porter is an associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation practice group. He assists clients by researching, analyzing, and writing on a broad range of commercial and litigation matters. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Arizona State University College of Law in 2008 and his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering at Brigham Young University in 2001.
