Lewis and Roca is pleased to announce that Jennifer B. Anderson has been named Chair-Elect Designate of the American Bar Association Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section’s Appellate Advocacy Committee. She is currently a Vice Chair in this committee and will become Chair in 2011.
Anderson is of counsel in the firm’s Appellate practice group. Her practice focuses on handling appeals in cases before state and federal courts. She has written numerous appellate briefs on a wide range of legal issues and has presented oral argument before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Arizona Court of Appeals.
