Lewis and Roca LLP is pleased to announce that we ranked 14 out of 22 on the Phoenix Business Journal’s list of 2012 Healthiest Employers in the small Phoenix firms’ category. In 2011, we ranked 23 out of 23 in the same category.
In large part, our ranking is thanks to Lewis and Roca's Weight Watchers at Work Program. Since March 2011 when the program debuted, our firm has sponsored four 10-week programs, helping employees in our Phoenix office lose a total of 858.2 pounds. Each 10-week program includes all Weight Watchers materials and a weekly weigh-in meeting with a dedicated Weight Watchers leader.
Lewis and Roca generously subsidizes the cost of each 10-week program, with the goal of making it affordable to all employees and eliminating cost as a barrier to weight loss. Each 10-week series costs $120 per person, but participating Lewis and Roca employees who attend 8 of the 10 weekly meetings only pay $24.
