About Larry Kasten

Mr. Kasten is a partner whose practice focuses on litigation and appellate work. He also serves as the firm's General Counsel. His experience includes securities, insurance, banking, and constitutional law, with a particular focus on class-action defense work. In addition to his appellate experience, he has participated in all aspects of federal and state court litigation at the trial level.
