About Nick Jensen

Mr. Jensen is an associate in the firm's Corporate and Securities and Real Estate practice groups. He practices in the areas of taxation, mergers and acquisitions, business and real estate joint ventures, equity and debt financings, securities, commercial transactions, and real estate acquisition and finance.

In law school, Mr. Jensen served as Productions Editor for the Arizona Journal of International and Comparative Law.

Prior to law school, Mr. Jensen worked as a financial analyst at Honeywell International in Phoenix, AZ. Mr. Jensen is also a licensed CPA in Arizona.
