About Daniel Ivie
Mr. Ivie is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, focusing his practice on commercial litigation and insurance. His practice ranges from representing national corporations in personal injury lawsuits to assisting in multi-jurisdictional and complex civil litigation. Mr. Ivie has also assisted in matters involving coverage issues and bad faith claims.
Mr. Ivie was previously an associate with Beckley Singleton, which partnered with Lewis and Roca in 2007. While in law school at the University of Utah, Mr. Ivie worked as a law clerk in the Market Regulation Department of the National Association of Securities Dealers (now the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in Rockville, Maryland. He also competed in the school’s Moot Court competition and placed among the top five competitors for oral advocacy. Mr. Ivie served as a senior member of the Utah Law Review.
