Lewis and Roca attorney Mark Patton will present "The Basics of Contracting with Third Parties: Consulting and Other Agreements," the seventh and final workshops in the Entrepreneurs Initiative series.

Every business inevitably enters into a variety of contracts with third parties, including consultants, vendors, suppliers, contractors, and customers. Signing a boilerplate form handed to you by the other party to a contract can have dire consequences for your business.

Learn how to identify basic risks and avoid common mistakes in contractual relationships with third parties.
