About Scott Hoffmann
Mr. Hoffmann is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. He has significant experience representing financial institutions in matters dealing with consumer protection statutes, home mortgage litigation and foreclosures. He also has substantial experience representing lenders in loan workouts, asset liquidation and UCC matters.
In addition to lender based representation, Mr. Hoffmann also has vast experience with construction and employment law. He represents both publicly and privately held companies, financial institutions, developers, general contractors, sub contractors and manufacturers in a variety of needs, including contract negotiations, non competes, risk avoidance and allocations, and the analysis and preparation of mechanic liens.
Mr. Hoffmann has successfully represented clients in administrative proceedings, Judge and jury trials in both state and federal court, as well as in the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
