About Alana Hake

Ms. Hake is an associate in the firm's Environmental and Natural Resources and Energy, Telecommunications and Utilities practice groups. Ms. Hake has experience in drafting legal memoranda on complex legal issues. Her practice includes advising clients on a broad array of regulatory compliance issues, assisting clients in environmental permitting and enforcement proceedings, and assisting with other regulatory proceedings, including proceedings before the Arizona Corporation Commission. Additionally, Ms. Hake is a co-editor of the Lewis and Roca Renewable Energy Blog.

Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Hake served as a law clerk for Chief Judge Sidney A. Fitzwater of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, assisting the court in the analysis of sophisticated legal issues. While in law school, Ms. Hake was a senior staff editor of the Washington University Law Review. She also completed internships with the U.S. Department of Justice and U.S. Senator John Cornyn's Senate Judiciary committee office.
