Peter Wand will be presenting an educational seminar on estate planning in our Phoenix office. The seminar, “The Fundamentals of Estate Planning,” will provide an overview of the documents necessary for an effective estate plan, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. The seminar will also address:
- recent changes to the federal estate and gift taxes;
- the role of life insurance in estate planning; and
- small business succession strategies.
The seminar is complimentary and will be particularly beneficial for young professionals, small business owners, and families with young children.
