About Candida Ruesga
Ms. Ruesga is an experienced commercial litigator who has successfully defended clients in complex breach of contract actions, class actions, and securities fraud cases. Clients also rely on Ms. Ruesga’s experience defending a variety of other commercial and business disputes, including consumer fraud, bad faith, civil racketeering, business interference, non-competition, non-solicitation, and anti-piracy claims.
Ms. Ruesga’s clients include multi-national financial institutions, insurers, broker-dealer firms, national retailers and other corporations, in addition to a number of local businesses. She regularly represents her clients in both federal and state courts, as well as FINRA securities arbitration.
During law school, Ms. Ruesga served on the Senior Editorial Board of the Arizona State Law Journal. Her article on Arizona land use policy was chosen for publication and received the award for Best Comment. Candida M.
