As a law student at Washington University in St. Louis, Mr. O'Malley competed in the Wiley Rutledge Moot Court Competition, where he placed as a semi-finalist. He also received the Carmody MacDonald Legal Practice Excellence Award in recognition of his outstanding performance in his first-year legal practice courses. As a third-year law student, Mr. O’Malley served as a teaching assistant to Professors of Legal Practice Denise Field and Leigh Greenhaw, where he helped first-year students develop strong analytical thinking and legal writing skills.
Mr. O’Malley received CALI Awards in Contracts, Insurance Law, UCC Article II, and both of his first-year legal writing courses.
He was recently recognized for his commitment to pro bono service at the firm's John P. Frank Pro Bono Awards Luncheon.
