About Laury Macauley
Ms. Macauley is Of Counsel in the firm's Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights practice group. She has over twenty years experience in the practice, including all aspects of bankruptcy, business law and litigation in state and federal courts.
Ms. Macauley has counseled and assisted debtor, creditor and trustee clients in numerous Chapter 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases, including proceedings in the Liquor Barn, Del Taco, Herbst Gaming and Stations Casinos Chapter 11 cases in California and Nevada. She is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and is an ABI Ninth Circuit Volo Editor.
During law school, she worked as an extern for the Supreme Court of California.
