About Howard Cole
Mr. Cole, a partner, is the Practice Group Leader of the firm's Labor and Employment practice group. He contributes his knowledge in both the traditional practice of labor as well as employment law. Mr. Cole has years of experience representing employers in union organizing campaigns, negotiating collective bargaining agreements, representing employers in arbitration, mediation and before the National Labor Relations Board. On the employment side, he has extensive experience in such issues as employment discrimination, sexual harassment, ADA compliance, ADEA, retaliation, occupational safety and health, wage and hour and wrongful termination. His practice also includes advising employers regarding contract administration, strategic planning, benefit matters, employment agreements, and personnel policies.
Prior to joining Lewis and Roca, Mr. Cole was a shareholder with Lionel Sawyer & Collins. His practice included all labor and employment related matters.
