Bonuses
The firm awards merit bonuses to reward distinguished performance. Merit bonuses take into account quality of work, economic contributions, and all other aspects of a lawyer's contributions to the overall welfare of the firm.
Relocation
Lewis and Roca provides for the relocation of new attorneys who reside outside of the metropolitan area of the Lewis and Roca office to which they will be assigned, and it reimburses the cost for reasonable travel expenses for the immediate family.
Orientation
To help you learn about Lewis and Roca’s resources and procedures and about how to work effectively and efficiently here, new lawyers participate in a full day orientation program in our Phoenix office.
