Las Vegas
As File Clerk/Backup Receptionist serve as a File Clerk as well as reception desk relief and other general office duties as assigned. This position requires professionalism and strong phone etiquette skills. This is a detail oriented position. We are looking for a dependable individual who is bright, mature and willing to learn.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Organization of documents
Bates Labeling
Indexing and tabbing
Mailing preparation
Filing
Data entry
Maintain a professional work relationship with timekeepers, managers and staff
Maintain confidentiality
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Receptionist duties

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Accurate typing speed of 40 wpm required
General office and computer experience required

Must be able to work 29 per week hours during regular business hours Monday through Friday and be able to lift a 40 pound banker's box.

Las Vegas
As an IP Litigation Legal Secretary, you will provide administrative support to attorneys/timekeepers.

Skills/ Requirements:
- 3 years Litigation experience required
- Electronic court filing required
- Must be highly organized and proactive
- Must be detail-oriented, and have strong problem-solving skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, grammar and proofing skills
- Typing 75+ wpm
- Highly skilled in Microsoft office suite 
- Experience with FileSite/WorkSite or other document management systems preferred
- OT may be required

The Las Vegas office of Lewis and Roca has a full-time position available for a Civil and Commercial Litigation Paralegal. The position requires a minimum of five years progressively more complex experience in litigation including, case and document management, drafting pleadings and discovery, factual investigation and document analysis, preparation for and attendance at hearings and trials, experience with litigation support technology such as Summation & CaseMap, filing & facilitating court filings (ECF), service of pleadings, creating and maintaining calendars, docketing and related litigation support. Other duties as assigned. Requires excellent writing, communication skills & attention to detail. Requires ability to respond timely and effectively in a team atmosphere. Requires ability to multi-task independently under deadline with a flexible work schedule. Requires self-sufficiency in the complete Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook calendar. General Duties: Provide support for commercial real estate transactions, both purchase & sale, commercial leasing, loan and loan modification and due diligence, title & Survey review, preparation of exception memos and coordination with title companies & surveyors for curing encumbrances. Management of matter files, assist with drafting documents, closing support and follow-up and other duties as assigned.

Description & Qualifications:
- Minimum five years progressively more complex real estate experience
- Requires expertise in commercial real estate development purchase & sale, title & survey review and curing title encumbrances, commercial leasing, loan and loan modifications, due diligence
- Requires expertise in drafting documents and managing closings
- Requires ability to respond timely and effectively in a team atmosphere
- Requires ability to prioritize & multi-task independently under deadline, with a flexible work schedule
- Requires proficiency and self-sufficiency in MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree & ABA paralegal certificate preferred
