About Darren Brenner

Mr. Brenner is a partner in the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. An experienced trial attorney, Mr. Brenner has successfully pursued and defended claims involving, for example, class actions, insurance coverage and bad faith disputes, catastrophic injuries, and complex commercial litigation disputes.

Representative Cases/Matters

December, 2011: obtained order precluding plaintiff from pursuing claims based on alleged post-litigation misconduct in insurance coverage dispute.
November, 2011: obtained a full defense judgment in a premises liability action.
August, 2011: obtained judgment in favor of defendant/counterclaimant in agency dispute concerning wrongful termination and violation of restrictive covenants.
August, 2011: obtained award of more than $100,000 in costs and fees against plaintiff who wrongfully pursued action against defendant.
July, 2011: obtained order dismissing bad faith and other extracontracutal allegations in insurance coverage dispute.
May, 2011: obtained order dismissing all claims in insurance coverage dispute.
December, 2010: obtained order dismissing all claims in insurance coverage dispute.
October, 2010: obtained a full defense verdict following a jury trial in a 1.25 million insurance coverage dispute.
September, 2010: obtained order dismissing banking institution in commercial dispute.
April, 2010: obtained order dismissing banking institution accused of misrepresentation and conspiracy in suit arising out of alleged breach of insurance contract.
