About John Bragonje
Mr. Bragonje is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group. His practice has particular emphasis on claims for developers, contractors and design professionals for projects such as an 1160 MW power plant, a NASCAR track expansion, a USAF munitions facility, and a broad range of multi-family and commercial projects, mechanic’s lien claims and Miller Act claims. Mr. Bragonje also focuses his practice on tort issues, including the defense and prosecution of business torts, as well as personal injury claims.
Mr. Bragonje was previously with Beckley Singleton, which partnered with Lewis and Roca in 2007. While attending law school, Mr. Bragonje was the Legal Extern to the Honorable Norman H. Jackson, Utah Court of Appeals and the Honorable Anthony W. Schofield, Utah Fourth Judicial District. He was also the executive editor for the BYU Journal of Public Law.
